BalajiFoods is delivering to residents of Toronto and GTA but expanding in other cities. This includes students in Universities and Colleges.
How can I use BalajiFoods?
BalajiFoods specializes in delivering fresh authentic vegetarian meals from east, west, north and south India at your home or office. We do not serve egg/meat/fish dishes.
How can I suggest my favorite vegetarian meal to be featured on BalajiFoods?
BalajiFoods loves to hear from their customers, let us know the type of food you prefer us to add to our menu by sending email to info@BalajiFoods.ca
How can I order food using BalajiFoods?
- Select the food of your choice
- Click/Tap on Add
- Navigate to Cart and checkout
- Confirm your order and choose to either pay online or with cash upon pickup or delivery.
- Enter billing address and delivery address
- Enter delivery time
- Once payment is successful, your order is immediately processed and scheduled as per your request
- While we believe in freshly cooked meals, due to COVID situation and your delivery location, please expect 30 minutes to 1 hour delay in delivery. Please take this delay in consideration while ordering. Same day delivery is not possible after 8pm. For more information please contact us.
How we are different from our competitors?
- You do not need to install any app.
- You do not need to have login or register.
- We as a team have the best in the city. We want to recommend the best fresh, pure veg dishes only and provide the joy of perfectly cooked meals.

Do I need to pay for delivery?
We offer flat rate of $10 on orders below $35. Delivery is free for your meal but with minimum purchase of $35 required for your order.

I have allergy/food intolerance, what can I do?
All dishes may contain traces of allergens (i.e. wheat, gluten, milk, soya, peanuts, etc.). If you have a food allergy or intolerance (or someone you’re ordering for has), contact us directly to inform of the allergy/food intolerance and where available, read about ingredients on our website, before placing your order. Please see the Terms of Service for more information.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
If our kitchen hasn’t accepted your order yet, you still have the option to cancel or modify. If our kitchen has accepted your order and you’d still like to cancel, call us and we can help! Please note that if the kitchen has already started preparing your order and is within 2 hours of delivery, we will not be able to issue a refund. We suggest us to reach us by phone
How can I track my order?
If it’s before the estimated delivery time, allow our kitchen to continue preparing your food. If the estimated delivery time has passed, your food should be with you shortly. If it is past the estimated time range of delivery, and your food hasn’t arrived, you can call us or email us.
